A medieval story of the legendary sword Excalibur and Arthur Pendragon, who led the defence of Britain against Saxon invaders in the early 6th century. Our tale is told in the beginning by the wizard Merlin, who had advised him against these battles. Arthur succeeded in the battle and rose to become King Arthur of Camelot, later meeting the maiden he wished to court, Guinevere.
