Noah Webster, in his dictionary, defines the word criminal as one who has commited a crime. He further defines the word 'crime' as an act or omission, forbidden by law and punishable upon conviction. But those definitions, do not go far enough. Whether he be a war criminal or a petty thief, the criminal all over the world has one common characteristic - he cannot be happy unless he is running something - he must be Mr Big - even if he is stealing pennies. He is the cancer in the body of the nation.
