Coley is on death row for killing his wife and her lover but he was convicted on circumstantial evidence and his lawyer tells him he will get him off. Coley talks with a fellow prisoner, Willy who describes to him what it is like to be led to the Dance Hall the room where you go before the execution room. Excellent performances and the harmonica playing sets the tone perfectly.
