Miss Wiley, fiancée of John Martin is concerned that John’s brother Tobias who has had him commited to White Ridge sanatarium has framed John Martin. When their father died a year ago he willed an equal amount of stock to each of his two sons. This stock cannot be sold but if either of his sons dies or is declared incompetent the entire holdings pass into the hands of the other brother meaning that Tobias could stand to gain several million dollars.
