This is a triangle tale concerning a man, a woman and a murderer. You've heard it said that those who laugh last laugh best but this story is going to prove that it never pays to get in to a laughing contest with a ghost because ghosts always get the last laugh. John Spencer was found guilty of murder in the first degree and as a death sentence was passed on him and clemency refused  he cursed the judge, Judge Thornton and told him if he ever found himself in a similar situation he would be there laughing.
