It's a hot, sultry day in Washington, and tempers have been matching the weather. Most of the period has been spent in sizzling argument, over one minor issue after another. Senator Dean Edwards however, is in a meeting with Tom Judson, who represents the farmers, and Jim Roberts and TJ Crowler represent the tourist trade of the state. They want Senator Edwards to do something about the cloud seeding going on in the south west part of the country, where the 'weather crackpots' have been firing stuff into the clouds to make rain...
