Dr Walter Merrill the scientist and Nobel Prize winner is working with a professor Theodore Nash on some top-secret project. Each have insurance with the other as beneficiary so that if anything happens to one of them the other will be financially secure to carry on with the project. However when Dr Merrill amended his $25,000 policy beneficiary to Nash Dr Merrill’s daughter wrote to the insurance company to protest at the change. She claims that her father has been coerced in to changing the policy and Johnny Dollar is called in to investigate.
