A young woman undergoes a personality change, becoming unreasonable and forgetful, as a result of a tumor in the brain which, because of its location, cannot be operated on. Her husband visits her in the sanatorium and takes her out for the day, and as the episode progresses the listener realizes that he means to kill her.
