Abner escaped the long arm of the law when his letter to the mail order house containing counterfeit money was returned for insufficient postage. However things look no brighter for Lum and Cedric. Cedric is still in jail at the County Seat while Lum who is out on bail is due to go in to court tomorrow charged with operating a large counterfeiting business.
