Johnny Dollar received a call from Walt Albright of Trinity Mutual Limited. A man named Eddie Caylin out in Los Angeles died yesterday leaving a $5000 double indemnity policy. He died under mysterious circumstances and the widow who had requested the cover only six weeks ago identified the body. Only one premium had been paid on the policy with a cheque signed by the widow who was also the beneficiary of the policy, yes it all seemed very mysterious. Episode 4 of 5.
