A man is shot in a robbery of a small all night luncheonette. The counterman was killed in stickup by a hold-up man when he started to fight with him. Two shots were fired then the stick-up man threw the gun down and ran out. Unfortunately the witnesses, a married couple give contradictory descriptions of the perpetrator. However the couple do agree when picking out a picture of the killer.
