I suppose you could call them friendly enemies - Andrew Wolf, and straight police inspector James. Wolf has the advantage however. The inspector is based at Washington DC, whereas Andrew is footloose and fancy free to roam the world. He's turned over a new leaf he says. Instead of being the victor to whom belong the spoils, now he spoils his victims, helping those who cannot turn to the law.
