Midway through a world cruise, Horace and Lydia Walters are on a day trip ashore. Walking through a town in Africa, Lydia accidentally bumps into a native of the town. Unfortunately, it appears that the gentleman was looking for trouble, as he begins to incite an anti-American riot. Mr & Mrs Walters are terrified, and begin to hurry away, but they are chased through the streets until they reach the American Consulate where they are keen for the government to punish those people responsible.
