An armed bank robber walked up to a teller in the Western Bank and stole $1000. The police received a call on it with a description of the car the robber fled in and within fifteen minutes they where able to apprehend him with the money still on him. He told the police that his name was Summers and he had just withdrawn the money from his savings account.
