Oscar Mayfield has made a heist on a the Burma Red a ruby large enough to choke a horse and insured for half a million dollars.

Johnny Dollar had tangled with him before and Mayfield had made him a promise that if he ever interfered with his business again he’d make sure he got a nice funeral.
