Buckley has started a protection racket and as a decoy is spreading it that Blackie is the president of it. Blackie is summonsed by Buckley and informed that if he doesn’t keep Inspector Ferriday off his case, his girlfriend, Mary Wesley will go down for the murder of Henry Dayo. Blackie needs to prove that Mary has been framed.
