Cindy is babysitting for JoJo while his parents are out for the night. Cindy has a tendency to tell a great yarn and to fabricate the truth. She wants to use the phone but someone is on the party line. To get them to finish the call she tells them there is a prowler outside. Then when she really needs the phone, as JoJo is seriously ill she can’t get the user to believe her that it is an emergency.
