Rogers is a police officer, and today was supposed to be a nice easy day, where he'd be home for ice cream with his kids at 4pm. Unfortunately that's not going to happen. He was stood right outside a store downtown, when a guy careered down the street the wrong way in his car, hit the traffic at the lights, and crashed through a crowd of people outside the movie theater. There are so many people dying or injured. Rogers has radioed through to the precinct, he's in shock and can't deal with any of it.
