Well as usual, things are happening around the editorial offices of the Hillsdale Morning Star, and as usual, they concern Susan and George. George wants Susan to sign agreement, which will give him shares in the newspaper, but since the newspaper was left to Susan by her father, she point blank refuses, so he threatens to quit. In the meantime, a champion boxer enters the office to make a complaint about some inaccurate reporting, and due to George's foul mood, the two of them end in a brawl!
