A factual account of the way police work in the worlds largest city. Today in 21st Precinct Captain Cronin and his men have to deal with a woman who has had her suitcase stolen and two brothers who claim someone is after them with a knife. The officers on patrol have to attend a man in hospital who has been hit on the head and robbed in a bar. Investigating is proving difficult when the bar owner is being uncooperative for his own reasons.
