Clifford and Paul are in the library when Paul states that Clifford looks as if he is going out and that he's got quite a late start. Cliff tells Paul that he's got to wait until Tootsie gets out of school, night school as she's decided to improve her mind. Paul offers to lend Cliff his car so now he has time to chat with Paul a little longer. He leaves as Mother and Father Barbour get home. Father Barbour tells Paul that he had dropped in to Cliffs lace of work today to see how he was getting on.
