It's a short, pleasant walk to the Barbour family home from Hazel Barbour-Murray's house three blocks down and two blocks over, and almost every day, Hazel finds time to drop in on her parents. Her visits last sometimes from fifteen minutes to half an hour or so, but her call this afternoon is strangely brief...
