Sitting with his head in his hands in the living room, Mr Jack Barbour - successful attorney, after dinner speaker, husband and father of six beautiful daughters - is going through some Christmas bills. It's causing a little friction between him and Betty, because Jack's struggling to pay them, and then Betty goes and tells him that the automatic washer is done for too!
