In the Barbour family home, all of the furniture is on dress parade. The chairs, tables, mantles etc, are gleaming with a special waxing and polishing. Mother Barbour, Hazel and Mrs Kettleman have given Hank a background worthy of a sire of the Barbour clan. Impressive, but best of all, friendly, warm and nowhere is there anything to frighten or embarrass the girl they are about to meet.
