Your host Bing Crosby opens the show with the song Moonfaced And Starry Eyed. Then he introduces guest Bob Hope and the audience go wild. There's a an amazing rapport between the two and they refer to having starred together in The Road To Rio a few times. Next he introduces his special guest a young fellow from Texas, Golfing champion of 1947 Jimmy Demaret who sings The Beginning Of The End. He has an amazing voice and as Bob Hope says, "he sings like Bing and plays golf like him" -probably half right!

Note part way through there is some bad audio but it doesn't last long and is mostly during the Philco advert.
