However, the destruction of the buildings has been temporarily halted, because the remains of a dead man have been found, in what would have been the cellar, under three inches of composition flooring. The owner of the properties tells Danny that there's a story behind it all - that one of the owner's ran away with the payroll from when it was a nightclub. But maybe he didn't run away after all, since the skeleton buried here has a satchel containing a lot of money...
