Some men in every community are genuine public servants. They're the ones who help raise money to build a new wing on a hospital. They are the ones who are serving now as chairman of the drive to raise funds for the USO. They are the ones who believe that every man is indeed, his brother's keeper. Without those men, America would be a bankrupt nation, a vanquished nation. For those are the men who, in the darkest hours, rose to the heights and led us on to victory.
