Today we bring you a love story of the American Revolution - the Pennsylvania Line Mutiny. It's the winter of 1781, and four miles west of Morristown, New Jersey, at the encampment of General "Mad Anthony" Wayne, a revolt led by George Mitchell, is occurring. Congress is paying a bonus to new recruits, but the troops who have been in the war for four years already and haven't been paid for almost a year, get nothing! They want to resign, and get bonuses themselves, and they will get help in the form of Temperance Wicke, who helped the men to achieve justice.
