Gildersleeve is facing the problem of Birdies vacation like a true executive. That is he has assigned duties to each member of the family reserving the supervisory chores for him self. Leroy has been assigned breakfast duties on the first day and has been banging about in the kitchen for an hour preparing a breakfast feast and setting the table complete with lace tablecloth.
