Continuing on from yesterday's episode... Billy is held in high esteem by many of the people of Laramie, considering the rough upbringing he had after losing his parents. Back then, he was taken under the wing of the outlaw, Blackie, but he didn't have the slightest suspicion about his adopted father's criminal life. Before Blackie died, he asked the Lone Ranger to make sure the boy was cared for, and the Lone Ranger is a man of his word.
