Detective Sergeant Joe Friday is assigned to bunco detail. He begins to receive reports of a vicious new racket in the city a television repair racket. The repairmen lie, overcharge, bill you for work not done and for parts not needed and that they don’t install. It’s Friday’s job to stop them.
