Big Chugg Wilson was a buffalo hunter who just arrived in Dodge. Laurie was a saloon girl and showing off in front of Rourke decided to have some fun by flirting with Chugg. Chugg had some buffalo skins to sell and then he said he’d be back to buy Laurie a drink but Chugg hadn’t seen a woman in months. Rourke thought that Laurie may have gone a bit too far and it seems he may have been right.
