This is a play that was current for its time in 1943 about the young women who fought for victory on the assembly line and of one redheaded girl in particular named Florie.  When Florie's sister is killed on the front line Florie feels responsible for her death believing that she drove her away. However the truth is revealed when the family receive the last letter she wrote.
