Bessies Cousin Substitutes For Her

Gildersleeve receives a call at home in the morning from his secretary Bessie telling him that she can’t come to work today as she has bad toothache and needs to go the dentist but not to worry as she has got her cousin to put a day in for her. Bessie says she thinks her cousin will be very efficient as she wears glasses! Gildy is very worried but he needn’t have been as Bessie is more on the ball than Gildy and Bessie put together.
