Luigi is hard at work studying for his night school exams when the class discover that if they pass the exams they will move up to third grade and Miss Spaulding will no longer be their teacher. The whole class decide that there is only one course of action - to go on a "stupid strike". If they all fail they can stay in second grade and keep Miss Spaulding as their teacher.
