Ricky has started to be late for everything, as he has no conception of time. Thorny gives Ozzie the idea to get Ricky a watch. This morning as Ozzie was stressing the importance of awareness he forgot that today was going to be quite an important day for him as he’s going to make a speech at the high school sports luncheon. This gives him the idea to make the talk on the subject of the importance of being on time.
