In a bar downtown a man is shot and a call comes in to the Muster room of The 21st Precinct from Frank Kinnelly and so begins another edition of The 21st Precinct.

At 2.55 Kinelly spots a man running for the Police station, it's Charlie, the bartender himself and as he explains, he was running for the Police Station after witnessing a shooting and a robbery in his bar. But there a too many oddities in the bartender's tale and so as Kinnelly observes - it's time to find out "what's the story?" the real story.
