When we last heard from the sheriff he was proudly showing his new automobile to Sonny, Buddy and Betty. He was greatly excited over his new croupe as he called it with the grumble seat but he admitted that he knew very little about driving it. We soon found that to be true. As soon as he started the motor the car headed for a telephone pole and the last thing we heard was the crash!
