Following the 1937 film version Screen Guild Theater bring you Arthur Richman’s delightful comedy The Awful Truth. The three people most involved in this story are Lucy Warriner played by Carole Lombard, her husband Jerry in the person of Robert Young and Oklahoma’s pride and joy Dan Leeson played by Ralph Bellamy. The whole trouble began when Jerry suddenly flew in from six weeks vacation and found his wife Lucy in their apartment with another man... The two of them decided to get divorced but before it can be finalized they each try to ruin the other's plan for remarriage.
