Mr Horgan was offering $3000 in cash to Ed Tochic his old driver who was now a mechanic so that if he was called to be a witness against Horgan and Big Davey he would say that he didn’t remember anything one way or the other. But Ed insisted that if he was called he was telling the truth as he rembered it if he was asked. Now Horgan was arranging for Ed to be killed.
