Tonight's show is a wonderful tribute to Meredith Willson, taken from his book, and chronicles his early years. He is better known perhaps as a composer, song writer, arranger, instrumentalist, conductor, actor and so much more. It doesn't cover only his music, but is the story of Meredith Willson himself - and with it a fragment of the great story of America.
