After flying through the night to Los Angeles, Johnny was able to make an appointment with Lieutenant Jim Shark, the detective in charge of the case. The victim of today's case, Alonzo Chapman, was registered at the Quincy Hotel, and he met with a girl called Norma Sale at the hotel bar at around 7pm. They left together less than an hour later, turned into an alley where a car was parked, and Alonzo was shot dead.
