Usually the adventures of Wild Bill Hickok and his big deputy Jingles started with gun smoke and wound up in the courtroom with the criminal facing the judge. In some cases however events took the opposite course starting in the courtroom and leading from there to action and trouble. Such was the case in the adventure Wild Bill and Jingles had with alkali justice.
