Vic Kelly at Worldwide Mutual wanted Johnny Dollar to go to Venezuela to investigate the matter of William “Billy” Alder the Promoter and worlds number one salesman known as up again down again Alder. At the moment he was up, up to his ears in Venezuelan oil with a quarter million life insurance cover on him. Kelly’s worried because in the last month Alder has changed his beneficiary 5 times.
