It is late one afternoon in a western city. An elderly woman stands behind the counter in her printing shop and watches a well-dressed couple named Mr & Mrs Caldwell enters the store. They enquire after Ernie Guthrie and need 5000 stock shares printing. Meanwhile at a FBI field office a few hundred miles away special agent Jim Taylor and Agent Andy Parker are working on a stock swindle.
