On July 28th, 1945 a B25 army plane lost its way in the fog and crashed in to the eightieth floor of the Empire Stated building in New York. This story tells of the aftermath that the doctors had to deal with including that of Mary Adams who was fighting for her life after the elevator she operated fell 78 floors in to the basement.
