It was late in July and Dr Watson and Sherlock Holmes had been spending time on a case in the seaside town of Brighton and were ready to return to London. Before leaving they went for a walk on the pier where they see two women on a boat shouting for help. They go to their rescue but it is too late for Lady Diana’s husband Lord Hollis who is dead. Sherlock Holmes suspects that there is more to his drowning than meets the eye.
