Acting for Mr X Jim Kendall is in Hong Kong attempting to break up the illegal traffic in American medicinal supplies being smuggled in to Red China. A Chinese pharmaceutical firm, The House of Lee is apparently involved but then the owner Sammy Lee turns up murdered.
