Joe Eastern big time racketeer is becoming the idol of increasing numbers of teenage boys. Blackie and Inspector Farraday fear a wage of juvenile delinquency unless Eastern is sent to prison but so far no one knows what Eastern is doing. To make matters worse there has been a wave of automobile thefts, the stolen cars have just disappeared into thin air.
