Mayor Plumpfront’s girlfriend Miss Daffodil Dilly was kidnapped from church right before their wedding. Since then Detective Ukey Butcher, Mayor Plumpfront, Sparkie and Jon have been trying their very best to get a clue as to her whereabouts. Meantime the Mayor received a call from the kidnappers saying that he must pay $250,000 ransom.
